OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are similarly popular payment rails across Southeast Asia. If the transfer was successful on your end but has not credited natogelon, contact natogelon support immediately via email with your transaction ID, timestamp, and payment method. The support team checks the incoming transaction log and either credits your account manually or initiates a refund to your source account within 24–48 hours. For withdrawals that remain "Pending" longer than expected, check whether your account has passed KYC verification and whether you have a daily or monthly withdrawal limit set in your account preferences. If verification is complete but the payout still has not arrived, contact support with your withdrawal request ID.
