When you open an account on natogelon, we collect your username, email address, a strong password, your mobile phone number, and your agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. After account creation, you log in and can begin exploring. Before you can withdraw funds, natogelon requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: you'll provide your government ID, date of birth, and full legal name. Deposits are credited instantly to your natogelon balance. If a deposit does not appear within minutes, check your confirmation email or contact support with your transaction ID.
If a deposit to natogelon fails to complete, your bank or e-wallet provider may have blocked the transaction, or our payment processor may have declined it due to security checks. Check your bank app (for mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet transfers) or e-wallet app (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) to confirm whether funds were deducted. If funds were deducted but did not reach natogelon, contact our support team with your transaction ID and receipt. We investigate and re-credit your account typically within 1–2 business days. For withdrawals that do not complete, the funds return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If neither appears, open a support ticket immediately with your natogelon account and transaction details.
natogelon offers periodic promotions that may include a cashback component. Terms vary by promotion; log in and check the Promotions page for active offers and eligibility rules. Cashback is calculated based on your net losses during a qualifying period and is credited to your natogelon account as a bonus balance. Bonus balance has specific wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. If a promotion mentions a percentage cashback (for example, "our matching offer on losses"), the calculation applies to verified deposits and game activity only.
